Couldn't survive without SalesDesktop!!!!
The ICRM team has been so great and easy to work with. We have about 85 Users happily using the product. There is no doubt that this simple integration has boosted our SF User adoption.
The product:
SalesDesktop automatically and transparently synchronizes your data between Outlook and SF. Some examples include Contacts, Accounts, Tasks and Appointments/Events. Synchronization between Outlook and Salesforce is bidirectional. This means that changes made to synchronizing items in either Salesforce or Outlook are saved in both places during synchronization. From Outlook the product allows my Users simply add Accounts and Contacts to SF. Users can manage things like Type, Industry, Parent Account, Annual Revenue, Employees directly from the Contact/Account View in Outlook. We get to keep the functionality we all love about Outlook such as categories, emails, typical meeting requests, vCards; and as an added benefit Calendar Events, Tasks, and Contacts can be simply created by dragging and dropping emails; which saves my Users a massive amount of time. The integration also allows my Users to keep personal items personal with a click of a button!Abilities:

Although I have worked with several people at ICRM, my main service rep is Roman Kravchenko. He is awesome! The turnaround time is amazing, normally about 24 hours! No one knows the interface better than Users that are inputting 45 Tasks a day. My Users often ask for simple changes to better their experience. Access CRM on the fly

Impressive level of commitment to the customer
Since working closely with InvisibleCRM, beta testing their SalesDesktop product I have been very impressed with their level of commitment to the customer. They have always been keen to work with us through the Beta test process to understand bugs or issues with the product, not just through email and telephone conversations but with WebEx demonstrations to see the issues for themselves. Answers to bugs or other questions have always been provided quickly with regular product updates being made available. It has been a refreshing experience to work with a company that is clearly dedicated to ensuring the customer experience is the best it possibly can be, that the products are as bug free and stable as possible and who listen to the customers ideas and needs.

Thanks for a smart and usable product
I recently stepped into the world of SalesForce CRM and was slightly frustrated with the web based interface as I worked primarily through Microsoft Outlook. It was difficult managing two calendars, one on SalesForce and one in Outlook. Then I found Invisible CRM on the App Exchange.I downloaded SalesDesktop, which fluidly integrated my SalesForce data with my Outook Account. Now I can't live without it. InvisibleCRM support specialists assisted me in the migration from Outlook 2003 to Outlook 2007, and the latest version of SalesDesktop is faster and even more responsive. After I experienced a slight problem with the installation (due to an issue that I had created), the support team diligently assisted me through the problem and got me up and running quickly. I have not experienced such fast and helpful customer support from a software company. These guys genuinely care about their products.This company has their act together. Their products just make sense. My productivity has increased, I deal with one calendar and work from the interface that I know best. If InvisibleCRM develops it, you can be sure I'll buy it.Thanks again for a smart and usable product!

Great Application!
SalesDesktop is a great application – easy to work with, easy to set up. I haven't encountered any problems - neither during set up procedure nor during everyday usage. I do find SalesDesktop to be very helpful – this software allows me to work independently, and even offline, I hardly need going to salesforce.com. Thanks to SalesDesktop I have all my critical sales data at hand and on my desktop.

A huge time saver with Documents and Attachments
I'm able to use SalesFolder and the Documents Tab as my go-anywhere-briefcase. I keep all my business documents in the salesfolder and they auto-sync to my Documents Tab. I never have to worry about bringing my computer with me... makes me feel like I'm living the on-demand dream.
Good app!
Now I can upload documents and attachments with one simple mouse move :) And that's great to have ability to save documents directly to SalesFolder where they synchronize automatically with SalesForce. Cool :)

I have tried many Outlook add-ins and almost all of them have some kind of issue. Your product is the rare exception being stable, well integrated and not a hog on resources. The user interface is excellent and very well thought through (especially SalesFolders and soon SmartFolders for Sharepoint).
