SalesDesktop is one of four applications within InvisibleCRM’s SalesSuite for Salesforce. The package also includes SalesFolder, SalesAlerts and Chatter for Outlook.
All four applications bridge the gap between Salesforce CRM and the most popular personal productivity tool -- Microsoft Outlook. While promoting user adoption and efficiency, these add-ins allow salespeople to focus on the important things - like customer relations, contracts closing, sales planning and forecasting - instead of continuously entering and updating data in CRM.
