InvisibleCRM Launches SalesDesktop Version 3 for SalesForce.com users

SalesDesktop seamlessly integrates SalesForce.com and Microsoft Outlook, creating a fully-featured sales workspace on the desktop that works both in online, and offline modes.  Your teams can still live in Outlook, and SalesDesktop invisibly synchronizes the data including opportunities, leads and any custom objects between SalesForce.com and Outlook easily and automatically. Compared to SalesForce.com’s Connect for Outlook offering, SalesDesktop provides native Outlook forms support for all standard and custom objects even when offline and maintains relationships between all CRM objects in Outlook.

SalesDesktop provides most of the core functionality and features of SalesForce.com from within Microsoft Outlook… even when offline. Emails can be automatically saved as an activity to a related CRM object with “One Click Capture and Save” or SalesDesktop can be configured for “No Touch capture and Save”. Your team has one place to create, modify or manage information about their clients, leads, opportunities and other CRM objects that are completely bi-directionally synchronized with SalesForce.com
