InvisibleCRM announces 3 new Editions of our SalesDesktop offering for SalesForce.com including a free Community Edition

Mountain View, CA - March 16th, 2011 – InvisibleCRM, a technology provider of tools engineered to bridge the gap between enterprise and personal productivity applications, announced 3 new SalesDesktop offerings for melded Outlook integration with SalesForce.com.

Our SalesDesktop Community Edition provides bi-directional synchronization with SaleForce.com Contacts, Tasks and Calendar Events leveraging the standard fields available in Outlook 2003, 2007 and 2010.  You can now have one familiar environment to store and manage all of your client data whether it originates in SalesForce.com or Outlook, even when you’re offline. You can save emails to your SalesForce.com and associate them to Contacts with one click.  You can manage Tasks and Calendar events associated with your clients directly from the Outlook Contact form.

SalesDesktop Professional Edition takes the foundation of the Community Edition and adds the SalesForce.com CRM fields for Contacts, Tasks and Calendar events as well as the full Accounts object.  We’ve also added advanced email logging, support for attachments and advanced product support.

SalesDesktop Enterprise Edition adds support for all of the standard SalesForce.com objects like Leads, Opportunities and Cases.  It’s a fully customizable platform so your SalesForce.com implementation can be fully mirrored in Outlook with Custom Objects, Custom Fields, Record Type support, business rules as well as advanced de-duplication logic.  We added online look up and sync to access record that may not have been included in your filtered CRM dataset as well as support for Widgets like Google Maps imbedded directly into the native Outlook form.

All SalesDesktop Editions include Chatter for Outlook that allows you to take instant advantage of changes occurring in SalesForce.com without even having to log in. Chatter for Outlook is available at no charge for any SalesForce.com customer that wants to integrate Chatter into Microsoft Outlook.
