The CRM Idol 2011 contest is finally over. Sleepless nights, excitement and anticipation also left behind as two first CRM Idol Winners were announced last Monday -- Get Satisfaction for the Americas and BPMonline for the EMEA!
The contest was tough. Out of the 60 contestants the judges had to choose only 7 finalists (3 from EMEA and 4 from Americas). Surprisingly, 2 contestants that entered the CRM Idol finals were InvisibleCRM technology partners and one of them – BPMonline – actually won the contest!
We heartily congratulate the BPMonline team with the amazing achievement! This is indeed the sign that BPMonline brings a lot of value to its users, and it’s BPM features and deeper integration with social media will be increasingly in demand.
