NetSuite for Outlook integrates NetSuite CRM with Microsoft Outlook, thus promoting the productivity of sales force and efficient communication with contacts, customers and partners.
NetSuite CRM users now can:
- Attach incoming and outgoing emails to NetSuite records – contacts, customers, opportunities and cases – right in Outlook
- Attach tasks and calendar items to NetSuite records from within Outlook
- Select messages received in the Outlook folder to customers and contacts in their NetSuite accounts. The same capability applies to opportunities and cases, furthering communication lifecycle management
