Alerts for Date Fields

The idea is to be able to set alerts for dates, for example, the anniversary of an employee. It would be great if the person in charge could receive an alert for all the due dates in the next month, without having to edit the records to trigger the alert.

More than 3 Groups By in Reporting

In the reporting wizard, there is a limitation in the Group By section to three fields. It would be nice to increase this number to 10 for more flexibility in displaying data.
