ContextBridge


ContextBridge compiles email content related to enterprise data and provides access to this content within the Microsoft Outlook environment.

ContextBridge is able to:

  • Recognize and highlight pieces of information in the email (i.e., order numbers, customer numbers, customer names, tags, etc.)
  • Consolidate and display relevant search results from an enterprise system in a pane within Microsoft Outlook
  • Let users immediately react to email – update information, share it with colleagues, log a call, schedule a meeting, etc.

Why content integration?

Customer-facing employees spend most of their workday in Microsoft Outlook, communicating with their clients. Email conversations may contain invoices, purchase orders and other important information. In order to respond to customer inquiries, users would first need to log into a corporate system to search for the required information. This can be a very inconvenient and time-consuming process.
ContextBridge empowers users with actual data when they need it most – in the context of customer interaction.
