InvisibleCRM combines and leverages the two most important trends today

InvisibleCRM combines and leverages the two most important factors driving forward today's CRM market:
1) “Office Automation” – meaning automated workflows between the typical desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and enterprise CRM applications, and
2) “OnDemand CRM” – meaning CRM delivered through the internet in a one-to-many fashion. InvisibleCRM allows automated integration between Internet-based Salesforce.com and the everyday tools of salespeople, which happen to be Outlook, Microsoft Word, and files on the Windows Desktop. Lack of end user adoption is CRM failure cause #1, which should put office automation solutions, such as the one from InvisibleCRM, high on any CRM manager's agenda.

InvisibleCRM will go a long way towards promoting adoption

I was very impressed by Invisible CRM’s products. They have extended Outlook integration well beyond what you get with the standard Salesforce plug-in. The SalesFolder tool allows you to drag documents or email attachments directly onto a floating red “S” cube that hovers on your desktop. From there you can associate it with a contact, account, or any other object and it adds it as an attachment in Salesforce. Their SalesDesktop is also great. It overlays the Outlook UI on Salesforce data creating an interface that is very intuitive for reps. The email and calendar integration is also much improved. If you are a user, who lives in Outlook, I could see how these extensions would go a long way towards promoting adoption.

Save pain/time and get more/better information? Seems like an obvious ROI

New tools like InvisibleCRM allow users to work in their natural environment (which these days is Microsoft Office) while simultaneously synchronizing information with Salesforce.com objects. Great idea and it works with Outlook too. No need to re-enter information into the CRM system (and subtly pick and choose what's important). With InvisibleCRM everything is automatically linked through synchronization schedules. Is InvisibleCRM worth two cups of Starbucks coffee a month? Save pain/time and get more/better information? Seems like an obvious ROI.

InvisibleCRM vs. Intellisync

Intellisync is like a technology dinosaur compared to InvisibleCRM`s powerful synchronization capabilities with Outlook.
