Ratmir Timashev, CEO, AMUST Software
Ratmir Timashev has more than a decade of entrepreneurial experience. In 1993, he founded Midwestern Commerce, the predecessor of Aelita Software, and in the capacity of CEO has led the company to an extraordinary growth. In 2004 Aelita was acquired by Quest Software, and Timashev took up the position of General Manager of Microsoft Business Unit. After a year, Timashev left Quest and founded AMUST Software.
Timashev holds a master's degree in Chemical Physics from Ohio State University.
Allan Martinson, Managing Partner of MTVPDuring his career as an entrepreneur, Allan Martinson has been launching, managing and exiting several companies in the Baltic TMT sector, all of which became leaders in their respective industries.
He was the founding CEO of Baltic News Service, which quickly after launch in 1990 became the dominant real-time news organization in the region after outcompeting and bankrupting its state-owned competitors.
In 1998 Martinson joined MicroLink, the leading PC maker in the Baltics, and re-launched it as a fast-growing and diversified technology group, backed by four rounds of equity investments. As the CEO of MicroLink, Martinson orchestrated an aggressive M&A campaign to create the leading IT services and data communications group in all three of the Baltic countries.
He was nominated for the Businessman of the Year in 2000 and got the Best Decision Award in 2004 for successfully executing the strategy of MicroLink.
Management Team
Vlad Voskresensky, CEO
Vlad Voskresensky is one of the original founders of InvisibleCRM. Prior to this, he was a co-founder and CEO of Afortio, an offshore software development company. Voskresensky has strong experience in executive management and new business development, and is responsible for the company’s overall strategy and the management of its key functions. A strong technology background and analytical skills make a perfect match for an information technology leader. Voskresensky has two Masters Degrees with honors in International Business Relations and Informatics.
Dwight DePalmer, US President
Dwight DePalmer joined InvisibleCRM in 2007 to drive the company's OEM and services business. A veteran of the CRM industry, DePalmer has held positions ranging from RVP of Sales, VP Product Development to CTO, with companies such as Clarify, Siebel, XPLANE and OnTarget. DePalmer most recently managed CRM product strategy at Oracle. DePalmer is a graduate of Control Data Institute and a lifelong student of the art and science of sales.
Inna Proshkina, Marketing Director
Inna Proshkina is responsible for the development and performance of the company’s overall marketing strategy and corporate communications. She also drives the company’s new business development and takes care of partner relations and contributes in numerous ways to the positioning and the promotion of InvisibleCRM’s products on the U.S. and European markets. To ensure InvisibleCRM’s solid positions, she also collaborates with leading analytical agencies. Prior to InvisibleCRM, Proshkina had worked as a marketing director for Vested Development, a software engineering company. She got her Master of Science degree with honors from the Russian State University of Humanities.
Frederic Dominioni, Sales DirectorFrederic Dominioni, worldwide sales director, oversees the company’s sales growth. He is focused on implementing an aggressive global "go to market strategy" as well as building and managing a world-class sales organization. Prior to InvisibleCRM, Fred co-founded the FIDOM Group, and excelled at successful sales organizations such as Motorola, and VMware (EMC). He holds a BA from ESCE Paris and an executive MBA from Stanford University. Frederic lived over 20 years in EMEA, APAC and USA and speaks fluently 7 languages including Mandarin Chinese, Russian, and French.
Artem Gevorkyan, Chief Architect Beginning his career in high-end computational software development in 1999 with NIKA GmbH, which was acquired by Flomerics in 2006, Artem Gevorkyan has long transformed the professional training he gained in one of the most famous universities in the former Soviet Union into worldwide knowledge and deep expertise. He has designed and implemented most of InvisibleCRM's solutions, beginning from the company's infant stage in the bosom of Vested Development, Inc. in 2004. Since then, he has continuously improved the external quality of the company's products, which is a clue to customer's favor, as well as their internal designs, thus ensuring the greatest application mobility of these solutions in terms of market leadership and unparalleled capacity for competitive features.
Gevorkyan strongly believes that a careful balance of external appeal and internal accuracy plays a key role in a long-term application development, which enables customers to gain access to the pool of talents of InvisibleCRM's development team, which is unleashed in its great products. He got his Master's Degree in Applied Physics and Mathematics from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology.
